Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mystic Wolf Market! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand the process and timelines.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST). (Orders placed on Friday will not arrive until the next business day)

Some items may be drop-shipped from third party vendors and delivery times may be based on their policies. 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress.

5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@xengrafix.com. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. P.O. Boxes
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for all orders.
